Rental Terms & Policies

1. Renter must be 21+ with valid driver’s license and active personal auto insurance.
2. Security deposit required prior to pickup (amount varies by vehicle). Fully refundable if returned on time with no damage or violations.
3. No smoking, burnouts, or reckless driving. No track use. GPS monitoring may be used.
4. Fuel policy: return at the same level as pickup or refueling fee applies.
5. Tolls, tickets, and parking violations are renter’s responsibility.
6. Mileage limits may apply and will be stated on your confirmation.
7. Late returns may incur fees. Communicate any delays as early as possible.
8. Additional drivers must be approved in writing before pickup.
9. For photo/video shoots, disclose on the booking form and follow location rules.
